RYKE Swim – Terms & Conditions of Purchase

By purchasing from Ryke Clothing Pty Ltd (trading as RYKE Swim), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Orders & Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please review this carefully and notify us immediately of any errors (including shipping address and product selection).
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed on our website. All transactions are processed securely.
  • Pricing: All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without notice. The total amount payable, including applicable taxes and shipping fees, will be displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (Australia): Standard shipping is free across Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times vary but generally arrive within 2–5 business days.
  • International Shipping: We ship worldwide via Australia Post Standard/Express or DHL Express. Duties, taxes, and handling fees (where applicable) are calculated at checkout and included in the final order total. Delivery times vary between 2–12 business days, depending on your location and chosen service.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
  • Lost or Missing Packages: Once an order is dispatched, RYKE Swim is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery for size, style, or design changes. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in original packaging. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered are not eligible.
  • How to Exchange:
    1. Purchase the new item on our website.
    2. Return the original item to us at the address below.
    3. Once we receive the returned item, we will process a refund for the original item (excluding shipping costs).
  • Exchange Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs. Please contact us at hello@rykeswim.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Returns are not accepted for change of mind or incorrect sizing unless the product is faulty. Please refer to our sizing guide before purchasing.
  • How to Return:
    1. Contact us at hello@rykeswim.com to initiate the return.
    2. Return the item to the address provided.
    3. Once the returned item is confirmed as faulty or incorrect, we will issue your refund or replacement within 10 business days.

5. Product Availability & Descriptions

  • Availability: Stock levels are updated regularly, but occasionally items may sell out. If an item becomes unavailable, we will notify you promptly and offer the option of cancellation or selecting an alternative product.
  • Product Information: We aim to display product details and colours as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to differences in device displays.
  • Product Changes: RYKE Swim reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without notice.
