  • Choose the same size as your regular underwear. For example, if you wear size M underwear, you should opt for size M in Ryke swim briefs.
  • Alternatively, match your pant/jean size. If you wear a 32” waist, size M swim briefs will likely be the best fit for you.

Our swimwear is crafted from high-quality polyester and spandex blends, providing comfort, flexibility, and durability in aquatic environments.

To extend the life of your swimwear:

  • Hand wash in cold water.
  • Avoid using harsh detergents.
  • Dry in the shade, away from direct sunlight.
  • Steer clear of rough surfaces, sunscreens, and oils.
  • Avoid wearing the swimwear under clothes.
  • Store your swimwear with care.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Yes we offer international shipping express through Australia Post or DHL. Shipping costs and times vary depending on the destination.
  • Domestic (Australia): Free express delivery.
  • International: Auspost Express: $28 AUD, DHL Courier: $60 AUD
  • Domestic orders: Typically delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
  • International orders (via Auspost Express) 
    Destination Examples:
    New Zealand: 3 to 5 business days
    USA: 6 to 9 business days
    UK: 5 to 7 business days
    Canada: 6 to 9 business days
    France: 6 to 10 business days
    Italy: 6 to 11 business days
    Germany: 7 to 10 business days
    Spain: 10 to 15 business days
  • DHL Courier: 3 to 5 business days for most international destinations.

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment.
Please note that our warehouse operates Monday to Friday.

Yes, once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email.

  • Australia Post: Tracking details will come from an Australia Post email address. Check your spam/junk inbox if needed.
  • DHL: Tracking will be sent via a DHL email address. Check your spam/junk inbox if needed.

First, visit your local post office with your tracking number and ID to see if the parcel is being held. If they cannot locate your order, please contact us at hello@rykeswim.com, and we will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different sizes, styles, or designs, provided the products are unworn and in their original packaging. To initiate an exchange:

  1. Purchase the desired size or cut on our website.
  2. Return the original swim briefs to:RYKE

  3. Once we receive the returned items and confirm they are unworn, we will issue a refund (minus postage).

Customers are responsible for all shipping and related fees associated with exchanges.

We only accept returns for faulty or incorrect products. We do not accept returns due to change-of-mind or incorrect sizing. For faulty or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund or a replacement. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed for faulty products.

Once we receive your returned items, we typically process exchanges or refunds within 1 to 3 business days.

Yes, customers are responsible for all domestic and international shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.
