  • Shipping Within Australia: We offer free express shipping across Australia. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via Australia Post. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 2-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: We ship internationally via Australia Post Express and DHL Express Courier. Shipping fees and delivery times will be provided at checkout, typically ranging from 5 to 21 business days depending on your location and chosen service. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Tracking: You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please use the tracking details to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Lost or Missing Packages: Once the order has been dispatched, Ryke Clothing Pty Ltd cannot take responsibility for any lost or missing packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping provider directly using your tracking number. We will assist where possible.

3. Exchanges

  • Eligibility for Exchange: We accept exchanges for size, style, or design changes within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Exchanges are not accepted for worn or damaged items.

    2. Return the original item to us at the address below.

    3. Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the cost of the original purchase minus any shipping fees.

4. Returns & Refunds
