Refund policy

EXCHANGES

 

Exchanges will only be accepted provided the product(s) meet certain conditions to be exchanged. Customers are entitled to exchange product(s) for a different size, style, or design, provided that the new product(s) is/are of equal or lesser value.

 

Product(s) must be unworn and in the original packaging including swing tag attached and free from damage for an exchange to be accepted. Product(s) which have been damaged or worn cannot be exchanged. RYKE may freely refuse any exchange request under Australian Consumer Law for reasons such as (but not limited to) change-of-mind, did not like the product(s) size/style/design, or have no use for the product(s).

 

Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your product(s). In some circumstances, exchanges may be accepted beyond 30 days. To initiate an exchange, please contact: hello@rykeswim.com

 

All shipping costs, and/or Customs clearance and/or processing fees, and/or other costs associated with exchanges must be paid for by the customer. This includes shipping costs that the customer pays to return product(s) to RYKE, and shipping costs to deliver the replacement product to the customer. New product(s) will only be shipped after the original product(s) have been received by RYKE.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Returns will only be accepted for faulty or incorrect products (i.e. product does not match the product that was ordered). Unfortunately, RYKE cannot accept returns due to change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.

 

RYKE will provide a full refund for faulty or incorrect product(s) OR customers are entitled to replace faulty or incorrect product(s) for new product(s), provided that the replacement product(s) is/are of equal or lesser value. Refunds will be paid to the same account or service that made the initial payment.

 

RYKE will refund shipping costs only if all items from the order are returned. RYKE will reimburse reasonable shipping costs that the customer pays to return faulty or incorrect product(s) to RYKE.
