Refund policy

EXCHANGES

Exchanges at Ryke will be accepted under certain conditions. Customers are eligible to exchange product(s) for a different size, style, or design. The quickest and most convenient way to initiate an exchange is by visiting our website and purchasing the desired size or cut. We will promptly send the new product(s) to you within 1-3 business days.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product(s) must be in an unworn condition and in the original packaging, free from any damage. Ryke will not accept exchanges for product(s) that have been worn or damaged. Under Australian Consumer Law, Ryke reserves the right to refuse exchange requests for reasons such as a change-of-mind, dissatisfaction with the product(s) size, style, design, or if the product(s) have no use.

Customers must initiate an exchange request within 30 days of receiving their product(s).

If you wish to proceed with an exchange, please follow the steps below:

  1. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at hello@rykeswim.com. Let us know the reason for the exchange, order number, your name, and the size, cut, and style(s) you are exchanging.

  2. Jump onto our website, rykeswim.com, and purchase the desired size/cut for the product(s) you want to exchange.

  3. Post back the swim brief(s) you don't want to the following address:

  4. Once we receive the returned product(s) and verify that they are in unworn condition and in the original packaging, we will issue a refund for the swim briefs, less postage.

Please note that all costs associated with exchanges, including shipping costs, Customs clearance and/or processing fees, or any other related costs, must be covered by the customer. This includes shipping costs for returning the product(s) to Ryke and for delivering the replacement product(s) to the customer.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns at Ryke will be accepted only for faulty or incorrect products (i.e. products that do not match the ordered product). Unfortunately, Ryke cannot accept returns due to change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.

For faulty or incorrect product(s), Ryke will provide a full refund or offer replacement product(s). Refunds will be made to the same account or service used for the initial payment.

Ryke will refund shipping costs only if all items from the order are returned. Reasonable shipping costs incurred by the customer for returning faulty or incorrect product(s) to Ryke will be reimbursed.
